Base ($9/mo) gives you the Chrome autofill extension — paste any job link and the extension fills the application form for you. That's the whole product on Base. Starter, Pro, and Power add the AI matcher on top: Recruitd scans company career pages, scores each role against your resume, and surfaces the best fits. Use Base if you already know which jobs you want to apply to. Pick Starter, Pro, or Power if you want the matcher to find roles for you.
A search is one run of the matcher — it scans a wide pool of companies, scores every role, and returns the top results. A match is a single scored role inside one of those runs. So when we say "2 searches × 10 matches = 20 / month" on Starter, that means you can run the matcher twice and get up to 10 scored roles per run, for 20 scored roles total each month.
You get 15 lifetime matches, spread across 3 separate searches (5 matches each). Each search returns a fresh set, so you can refine your preferences and see the matcher work three times before deciding to pay. The Chrome autofill extension is included while you're on the free tier. No credit card required.
Yes. If you've used 5 of your 15 free matches and then subscribe to Starter, your first month gives you 20 (Starter's monthly budget) plus 10 (your unused free credits) — 30 total. Once the free credits drain, you're on the monthly budget for your tier going forward. Unused monthly matches don't roll over between billing periods; unused free credits do.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you paid for this month.
You keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account reverts to free — your saved jobs and past results stay in your dashboard, but new searches require a paid plan (or any free credits you didn't use during the trial).
No tool works everywhere, and we're honest about that. The autofill extension covers the major application systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, and several more) — thousands of companies. Some custom or older career pages we can't fill yet. The matcher only surfaces roles from companies we can actually apply to, so what you see is what you can use. Coverage grows every week.
